Returns/ Exchange/ Cancellation/ Shipping Costs Policy

The policy for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and shipping costs is described below. RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

APPLICABLE CONDITIONS & ACTIONS

KURTAS/ PANTS/ SETS/ TOPS/ DUPATTAS/ ACCESSORIES

Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders provided that tags should be intact, and product should be unused.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If a product is damaged, intimate us within 24 hours of delivery about returning or exchanging it; however 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to its style/design.

ALTERED PRODUCTS

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by customers.

CANCELLATION

For Undelivered Orders:

Orders can only be canceled before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatching an order, the courier partner will attempt thrice to deliver but if it remains undelivered then we initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days after deducting INR 200 per product as a shipping and PG charges inured by us.

 For Delivered Orders(Prepaid or COD)

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 4 working days from delivery by email: orders@nakshjaipur.com  OR

Store credit/Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product back to us in original and good condition after deduction of INR 200 per product (incurred by NJ as two way shipping and payment gateway charges in processing your payment)

Size or Product Exhange:

We offer one time free size or product exchange

Shipping costs are borne by us only for the first exchange request; subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment. In case there are multiple exchanges, customers have to bear subsequent reverse pick-up and delivery charges i.e., INR 200). "Multiple exchanges" refers to multiple requests for exchanging products even if they were purchased in one single order.

In case of any dispute: Subject to JAIPUR’s Jurisdiction
